HXWMold develops high-speed multi-cavity thermoforming molds for PP and PET cake boxes, bakery containers, food trays and other rigid plastic packaging. The tooling is engineered around cavity arrangement, product geometry, sheet characteristics and thermoforming machine requirements to support efficient continuous production.
For cake box packaging projects, the mold layout can be customized according to the required cavity quantity, forming depth, product spacing and machine working area. Forming, cutting and stacking tooling can also be considered together when required by the production line.
