Custom Thermoforming Mold Solutions

HXWMold provides OEM and ODM thermoforming mold services for global packaging manufacturers. We can develop customized mold solutions according to customer product drawings, samples, machine specifications and production requirements.

Our custom mold service covers product structure analysis, cavity layout design, forming mold manufacturing, cutting die manufacturing, punching tool manufacturing, stacking system coordination, CNC machining, assembly, inspection and mold trial testing before shipment.

We support customized molds for food trays, lunch boxes, cup lids, clamshell containers, mooncake trays, fruit boxes, electronic trays and other plastic packaging products. The molds can be designed for PET, PP, PS, PLA and other thermoforming materials, and can be adapted to different thermoforming machines such as KIEFEL, ILLIG, ASANO and Chinese thermoforming equipment.

Whether customers provide 3D drawings, 2D drawings, product samples or only basic product dimensions, our engineering team can help evaluate the mold structure, cavity layout, cutting method and machine compatibility. HXWMold has an experienced engineering team specializing in thermoforming mold design and technical solution development. Our R & D work focuses on practical mold structure, cavity layout, cooling system design, venting design, cutting matching, stacking coordination and machine compatibility.

Before mold manufacturing, our engineers evaluate the customer’s product drawings, samples, material, forming area, machine model and production requirements. Based on this information, we design a suitable mold solution to improve forming quality, cutting accuracy and production stability.

For different products such as food trays, cup lids, lunch boxes, clamshell containers, fruit boxes and electronic trays, we can adjust the mold structure, plug-assist design, shrinkage allowance, cavity layout and stacking method according to actual production needs.

With in-house mold trial testing capability, we can test molds before shipment and provide trial videos, samples and technical feedback. This helps customers reduce production risk and receive molds that are more suitable for real thermoforming production.
