HXW Mold develops custom thermoforming molds for plastic dessert trays, bakery trays, food presentation trays and other recyclable food packaging applications. The tooling is designed around the tray geometry, forming depth, sheet material, thermoforming machine and required production process.
For dessert and food packaging projects, the mold structure is developed to support consistent forming, clean product release and stable dimensional control. Forming tooling can also be coordinated with cutting and stacking tooling when required by the customer's production line.
