Cavity draft angles, plug-assist profiles and vacuum/vacuum pressure paths are optimized for thin-gauge sheet to keep wall thickness even across deep cake cavities and corner radii.

Cooling channels follow the cavity contour to stabilize mold temperature, reduce post-forming shrinkage and prevent warping of transparent lids and thin cake trays.

Can you make molds for thin-wall cake trays with multiple compartments?
Yes. Please share the product drawing or sample, compartment layout, divider height, lid sealing requirements and your machine's forming area. The cavity arrangement and cooling design will be evaluated around thin-gauge material behavior.
Will this mold fit our existing thermoforming line for bakery packaging?
Yes. We customize the mold according to your machine model, platen size, mounting holes, locating pins, water/air ports and stacking interface so it fits your press without modification.
Do you supply forming, cutting and stacking tooling as one set?
Yes. Depending on your machine configuration and output target, we can deliver the forming mold, trimming die and stacking tooling as an integrated, pre-aligned tooling package.
How do you control quality for food-contact thin-wall molds?
Every project goes through drawing review, mold design, CNC machining, dimensional CMM inspection, assembly check and in-house trial runs. Trial videos and formed samples are provided for your approval before shipment.
What is the lead time for a thin-wall cake blister mold?
Standard lead time is about five weeks after deposit and drawing approval. Multi-cavity or multi-station tooling packages may require additional time, which we confirm in the quotation stage.
