HXW Mold provides customizable aluminum dies for foldable cake box thermoforming applications. The tooling is developed around the complete packaging geometry, including the box body, folding sections, lid structure and connecting areas, allowing the mold configuration to follow the actual requirements of the finished package.
For bakery and cake packaging production, the die can be engineered according to the customer's product dimensions, plastic sheet specification and thermoforming equipment. Cavity arrangement, forming geometry and trimming considerations can be reviewed together to create a tooling solution suitable for the intended production process.
