HXW Mold manufactures customized aluminum thermoforming molds for cake containers designed with airtight or secure sealing structures. The tooling is developed according to the actual container profile, sealing edge, lid interface and forming requirements to support accurate production of food packaging with a consistent closing structure.
For cake and bakery containers, the mold configuration can be adapted to the customer's product dimensions, plastic sheet specification and thermoforming equipment. The forming geometry, cavity arrangement and trimming requirements can be reviewed together to create a tooling solution suited to the intended production process.

For sealed cake containers, the final packaging performance depends on more than the overall cavity dimensions. The container profile, sealing area, lid interface and cutting edge need to be considered together during mold development.
