Can you make egg tray molds with different egg counts?
Yes. Please provide compartment volumes, divider height, sealing requirement and the machine forming area. Replaceable inserts may be considered when several partition versions are required.
Can you make both hinged egg cartons and open egg trays?
Yes. The tooling can be developed for hinged cartons, open trays or separate-cover structures according to the required packaging design.
Can the mold be matched to our existing thermoforming machine?
Yes. Please provide the machine model, forming area and installation information so the tooling configuration can be evaluated accordingly.
How is the egg tray mold checked before shipment?
The mold can be trialed in-house, with particular attention to pocket fit, carton closing and stacking performance. Trial videos and formed samples can be provided for confirmation.
What is the standard delivery time?
The standard lead time is approximately five weeks after receipt of the deposit and approval of the final mold drawing. Complex projects or multiple mold sets may require additional time.
