How do you ensure the lid fits the container correctly?
We check the lid and container dimensions, sealing structure, snap-fit position and material shrinkage before mould design. If available, please provide matching container samples so that we can verify the fit during the mould trial.
What materials can be used to produce thermoformed lids?

We needed a high-cavity mold for 95 mm PET dome lids on our ASANO production line. The cavity layout is well designed and the forming result is consistent from cavity to cavity. The mold has been stable during production and is suitable for the high-output requirements of our beverage packaging line.
