Yes. Please provide the product drawing or sample, compartment dimensions, divider height, sealing requirements and machine forming area. The mold structure will be evaluated according to the required product configuration.

Yes. The mold can be customized according to the machine model, forming area, mounting dimensions, positioning system, water connections, air connections and tooling interfaces.

Can you provide forming, cutting and stacking tooling together?

How is the mold checked before shipment?

The project goes through drawing review, mold design, CNC machining, dimensional inspection, assembly inspection and functional testing. In-house mold trials can be carried out, and trial videos and formed samples can be provided for approval.

What is the standard lead time?

The standard lead time is approximately five weeks after receipt of the deposit and approval of the final mold drawing. Complex projects or multiple tooling sets may require additional time.
