We needed a high-cavity mold for 95 mm PET dome lids on our ASANO production line. The cavity layout is well designed and the forming result is consistent from cavity to cavity. The mold has been stable during production and is suitable for the high-output requirements of our beverage packaging line.

The mold was developed to match our ASANO thermoforming machine and the installation went smoothly. The tooling dimensions, alignment and mounting interface were well prepared, which reduced the adjustment work during setup. After installation, the mold ran steadily and the PET dome lids showed good forming consistency across the cavities.
