HXW Mold designs and manufactures multi-cavity thermoforming moulds for plastic cake box bases and lids, supporting bakery packaging, dessert containers and other rigid food packaging applications. The tooling is developed according to the product geometry, cavity arrangement, sheet material, forming process and customer's thermoforming machine.
This mould solution is designed for cake box components that require both the container base and matching lid. The cavity layout can be customized according to product dimensions and production requirements, with attention to forming depth, material distribution, cooling, release and accurate alignment between the base and lid.
