Can you make thermoforming molds for custom cake containers in both PP and PET?
Yes. We develop precision molds that support PP and PET cake container production. Our engineers adjust vacuum and cooling design to suit the different forming properties of these two materials. Drawings or samples are acceptable for mold development.
Can one mold run both PP and PET sheets?
In many cases yes. We optimize cavity polishing, draft angle and vacuum path to accommodate both materials. For extreme deep draw or high transparency requirements, we can also provide material-specialized mold solutions.
Will the cake container mold match our existing thermoforming machine?
