HXW Mold manufactures custom thermoforming molds for clear PET fruit boxes, berry trays, hinged produce packs and related transparent food packaging. Each mold is planned around the container shape, thin sheet thickness, forming machine and the fit required between the lid and base.
For fruit packaging projects, forming and trimming requirements can be considered together so the tray rim, lid edge and finished outline suit the intended package design. Tooling details are adapted to the customer's sample or drawing and existing production line.
