HXW Mold develops Round PET Cake Packaging Mold for Thermoforming with Multi-Cavity Design. This multi-cavity thermoforming mould is specially built for round transparent PET cake boxes, dome cake containers and bakery display packaging. Multi-cavity layout greatly improves production efficiency while keeping consistent forming quality for every round PET cake package.
We optimize the circular cavity structure, arc transition and vacuum distribution for round cake containers. The multi-cavity arrangement is balanced in heating, vacuum suction and cooling, reducing product deformation, uneven wall thickness and demoulding marks for high-volume PET food packaging production.
