Good engineering support throughout the project. The supplier carefully reviewed our tray dimensions, material requirements, forming depth and cavity layout before starting production. The finished mold matched our thermoforming requirements well and the communication during development was professional and efficient.

We are pleased with the performance of this 6-cavity food container mold. The cavity-to-cavity consistency is good and the formed containers maintain stable dimensions during production. The tooling is solid, easy to set up, and works well for continuous production.

The mold matched our food container production requirements very well. The container dimensions and rim areas were consistent, which was important for downstream automatic filling and packaging. The six cavities formed evenly and the overall machining quality was clean and precise.
