2010 — Company Founded
Shenzhen Hexingwang Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen, China, focusing on precision mold manufacturing and customized tooling solutions for plastic packaging products.
2013 — Focus on Thermoforming Molds
With the rapid development of the food packaging and plastic tray industries, HXWMold gradually focused on customized thermoforming molds, including food tray molds, cup lid molds, clamshell molds, mooncake tray molds and electronic tray molds.
2016 — CNC Machining Capability Upgraded
The company continuously improved its in-house CNC machining capability, mold accuracy and processing stability, providing more reliable mold solutions for customers with different machine models and production requirements.
2019 — Complete Thermoforming Tooling Solutions
HXWMold further developed complete thermoforming mold solutions, including forming molds, cutting dies, punching tools and stacking system coordination, helping customers improve production efficiency and reduce mold matching risks.
2024 — Moved to a New 2,000+ m² Factory
To support growing production capacity and better factory management, HXWMold moved to a new factory covering more than 2,000 square meters. The upgraded production environment provides stronger support for CNC machining, mold assembly, inspection and project delivery.
2025 — In-House Mold Trial Testing Machine Added
HXWMold purchased a thermoforming mold testing machine to strengthen in-house mold trial capability. Before shipment, molds can be tested in our factory, and customers can receive trial videos, product samples and technical feedback for confirmation.
